对润滑油基础油质量和加工工艺的再认识

摘　　要：介绍国内外近几十年对润滑油基础油质量研究的进展情况,在充分进行调研和相关实验室工作的基础上,对影响润滑油基础油质量的因素进行了探讨和总结,指出饱和烃是影响基础油性能的主要因素,提高基础油中的饱和烃含量并降低硫、氮含量是今后润滑油研制的主攻方向。近年来新发展的加氢技术是提高润滑油质量的有效加工工艺之一。结合茂名石化公司的具体情况,提出了适合该公司润滑油加工的组合工艺流程。The development and status of the study on the quality of lube base oils inside and outside China in recent years are introduced.The factors influencing the quality of lube base oils are discussed and summarized on the basis of correlative literature and laboratory works.It is pointed out that the properties of lube base oils are most affected by the saturates,the direction in the lube base oils research should be to increase the saturates content and reduce the sulphur and nitrogen content in base oil and the developing hydrogenation technique is one of the most effective process to improve the quality of lube base oil.Furthermore,according to the actual condition of Maoming Petrochemical Company,the suitable practical process is presented.
