摘　　要：以辽河环烷基原油减二线馏分油为原料,通过一系列的润滑油加工工艺处理,研究开发出了满足SBR-1778充油橡胶生产的填充油,并对其进行了SBR-1778充油的小试和工业应用试验。试验结果表明:SBR-1778填充油具有颜色浅、环烷烃含量高、芳烃含量低的特点,是生产浅色橡胶制品充油胶的理想原料,以其为原料生产的SBR-1778充油胶具有较低的挥发分、较大的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率,且颜色浅,可以达到优质品的质量要求。A filling oil for the production of SBR-1778 oil-filled rubber has been developed by a series of process treatment on vacuum distillates produced from Liaohe naphthenic base crude oil.A small scale test and industrial application test have been conducted.The results show that the SBR-1778 filling oil is characterized by light color,high naphthenic hydrocarbon content and low aromatic hydrocarbon content and it is an ideal stock for producing the light color oil-filled rubber.The produced SBR-1778 oil-filled rubber possesses the properties of lower volatility,bigger tensile strength and breaking elongation rate and light in color,and it can meet the requirements of premium products.
