摘 要:糠醛抽余液采用降温沉降分离技术,将其冷却降温到75~80℃,在沉降罐中自然分离出2t/h左右的富糠醛相直接做循环溶剂使用,沉降后的抽余液(富油相)经系列换热到145~150℃,再经加热炉加热回收剩余溶剂,在工业应用中每年可降低成本约43万元。糠醛抽出液采用降温沉降分离技术,得到二次抽余液和二次抽出液,分别回收糠醛溶剂,得到抽析油和重抽出油,抽析油可做催化裂化原料,重抽出油可生产橡胶芳烃油。With cooling-sedimentation-separation technology,the furfural raffinate oil was cooled to 75~80℃ first,and then sedimentated and separated in the sedimentation tank.The separated furfural solvent about 2t/h,which is furfural-rich phase,could be used directly as the recycle solvent;The separated raffinate oil,which is oil-rich phase,was exchanged heat to 145~150℃,and then heated by stove to recover the surplus solvent,thus the cost could be decreased by around 430 thousand yuan.In same way,the furfural extract oil was separated into the secondary raffinate oil and the secondary extract oil by the above mentioned technology.The raffinate oil of extract oil and the heavy extract oil were gotten respectively after the furfural solvent was recovered.The former could be used as the catalytic cracking stock,the latter could be used for the production of rubber aromatic hydrocarbon oil.
