摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年性脑血管病患者医院感染的危险因素及护理对策。方法 :回顾性分析 1 999年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1 2月 4 90例脑血管病患者医院内感染的情况、危险因素及护理对策。结果 :老年性脑血管病并院内感染 1 2 4例 ,发生率 2 5 5 0 %。结论 :老年性脑血管病并院内感染的危险因素 :免疫力低下 ,侵入性操作 ,药物副作用 ,住院天数较长等。护理对策 :提高医护人员素质 ,严格执行规章制度 。Objective To evaluate the risk factors and nursing countermeasure about hospital infection in old patients with cerebrovascular disease.Method The hospital infection, risk factors and nursing countermeasure in 490 patients with cerebrovascular disease form Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2002 were studied retrospectively.Results Out of them,there were 124 old cerebrovascular disease with hospital infection,the infection rate was 25.50%.Conclusion The results show that the risk factors about hospital infection in old patients with cerebrovascular disease were low immune function, incursion operation, side effect of medicament, long time in hospital. Nursing countermeasure was to enhance the diathesis of paramedic, implement the bylaw strictly and strengthen forecast nursing.
