摘 要:目的 :探讨脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者早期应用肠内营养的效果及营养支持对患者康复的影响。方法 :72例脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗组 (A组 )、对照组 (B组 ) ,分别于入院 72h内、7d后给予肠内营养支持 ,入院 3周末测量两组病人多项营养指标 ,同期观察并发症腹胀、腹泻、应激性溃疡、吸入性肺炎、死亡发生人数 (发生率 )。结果 :3周末A组各营养指标高于B组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A组各并发症出现数低于B组 ,其中应激性溃疡、吸入性肺炎人数 (发生率 )差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者早期应用肠内营养支持 ,可改善机体的营养状况 。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enteral nutrition in patients with dysphagia after stroke and study the influence of nutrition support in recover.Method 72 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment and control group, who were respectively given enteral nutrition support within 72 hours and 7 day later,meusured hospital nutrition parameters,and observed the incidence rate of complications including tympanites,diarrhea, stress-induced ulcer, aspiration pneumonia and death rate were compared between two groups at the end of the third week of staying in hospital.Results Nutrition parameters in group A is higher than that in group B. There was significant difference ( P <0 05).Meanwhile, the complication cases in group A were lower than that in group B. Significant difference existed in stress-induced ulcer, aspiration pneumonia ( P <0 05). The others had no great difference ( P <0 05).Conclusion enteral nutrition support for patients with dysphagia after strock is safe and effective.
