肾移植手术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的 :探讨同种异体肾移植的配合经验。方法 :回顾性分析 6 2例肾移植手术配合的护理情况。结果 :本组肾移植一例病人术后渗血 ,二次手术修补后因下床活动再次吻合口崩裂而摘除供肾 ,另 3例因排斥反应摘除供肾外 ,其余恢复良好。结论 :肾移植手术牵涉面广、地点变动大、环节多 ,因此要求较固定的护士参加移植手术 ,并能熟练掌握手术各环节步骤 ,精心做好各特殊物品的准备工作 ,并做好充份的术前准备 ,有利于患者耐受手术以及确保手术顺利进行。加强术中管理 ,做好手术部位的摆置 ,建立两条确保通畅静脉通路。把握好术中用药及输血输液 ,提高取肾及肾移植手术的质量 。Objective To study the matching of allotransplantation of kidney.Method 62 patients undergoing renal transplantation were analyzed retrospectively regarding nursing care.Results 4 patient' kidney was removed,1 was for postoperative hemorrhage, other 3 were for reject reaction. The rest had a fine recovery.Conclusion Renal transplantation involve a lot of factor,for this reason,some settled nurses who can expertly master operation process and prepare special articles were asked participate renal transplantation. Other measure of care include augmentation of interoperative management, creation of two vein passages, management of administration and transfusion and advance of operation quality. If preceding every link is strictly performed, the rate of success of renal transplantation will be risen and the rate of complication will be reduced significantly.
