氟化钠对雄性大鼠生殖系统影响的实验研究

摘　　要：给予雄性wistar大鼠饮含氟化钠150mg/L的水6个月,检测其精子数目、形态和活精子数,测定血清睾酮水平及睾丸组织乳酸脱氢酶活性,并观察了氟化钠对睾丸组织超微结构的影响。结果表明,长期接触高浓度的氟对雄性生殖系统有毒作用。Sodium Fluoride was administered to male rats with drinking water for 6 months. The count, morphological change and motility of sperms were examined. The levels of serum testosterone and activity of testicular lactate dehydrogenase were determined, arid the changes of testes in ultrastucture were observed. The results showed that the long-term exposure to fluoride of high dose may produce toxicity effect on male reproductive system.
