葡萄糖酸锌对大鼠矽肺早期病变的影响

摘　　要：本文报告了葡萄糖酸锌对大鼠实验性矽肺早期病变的治疗作用。实验分为染尘对照组,葡萄糖酸锌1/2LD_(50)治疗组和1/5LD_(50)治疗组,疗程90天。结果表明:葡萄糖酸锌治疗组大鼠的全肺湿重、干重、胶原蛋白和血清铜蓝蛋白含量均低于染尘对照组,以1/2LD_(50)治疗组显著。肺脏纤维化程度1/2LD_(50)治疗组为Ⅰ—Ⅱ级;1/5LD_(50)治疗组为Ⅱ—Ⅲ级,而染尘对照组为Ⅲ—Ⅳ级。结果提示,葡萄糖酸锌能够延缓实验性矽肺早期病变的形成和发展。The therapeutic effects of zinc gluconate on early lesion of silicotic rat lungs were studied in four groups(controlled , silicotic , zinc gluconate 1/2 LD50 dosage and 1/5 LD50 dosage) for a course of 90 days.The results showed that the wet and dry weight of full lungs, as well as the collagen and cerum seruloplasimin contents of the lungs in the zinc gluconate treated groups were lower than those of silicotic group.The silicotic node fibrosis changes show Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade in 1/2 LD50 group, Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade in 1/5 LD50 group, and Ⅲ-Ⅳgrade in silicotic group.It suggested that zinc gluconato might bo able to inhibit the formation and development of silicosis.
