摘　　要：为防止汽车制造过程中使用的机械设备及工具发生锈蚀,必须对其采取适当的防护措施。分析了引起机械设备和工具锈蚀的原因,对不同防锈材料的特点及用途进行了说明。详细介绍了各种机械设备及工具在使用、维修保养和暂停使用期间的防锈保护方法。In order to prevent rust corrosion of machine equipment and tool in automobile manufacture,some proper protection measures must be taken.This paper presents analysis of corrosion causes about machine equipment and tool,and explanations of characteristic and purposes about different anti corrosion materials.In the end,service of machine equipment and tool,maintenance,corrosion protection methods during temporary unused period are introduced in detail.
