摘  要:目的 :研究丹参酮ⅡA的抑菌活性及选用溶剂的相关性。方法 :将疏水性溶剂 (CHCl3 )改换为亲水性溶剂 (DMF)后 ,再利用琼脂扩散法以观察其抑菌的效果。结论 :采用琼脂扩散法的药敏试验 ,不全能适用于从中药内分离出的那些脂溶性而具有抑菌的活性成分。本试验的结果是丹参酮ⅡA和丹参酮ⅡB对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别是 5 0 ,2 5 μg/ml。对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 2 5 92 3的最低抑菌浓度分别是 10 0 ,5 0 μg/ml。对绿脓杆菌ATCC 2 785 3的最低抑菌浓度分别是 5 0 ,2 5 μg/ml。对溶血性链球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别是 12 5 ,2 5 μg/ml,文中还引述了丹参酮ⅡA与隐丹参酮从结构差别到物化性质特别是亲水性质的区别。AIM:Why cannot tanshinone ⅡA show antibacterial activity against broad range and what is the main reason?METHOD:Only displacing the hydrophobic solvent CHCl 3 by a hydrophilic solvent DMF in the agar diffusion test procedure,and detecting that how the tanshinone ⅡA will be in the antibacterial activity with some test organisms.CONCLUSION:The agar diffusion test procedure is not fit for the lipoid soluble compound isolated from Traditional Chinese Medicine such as tanshinone ⅡA because the lipoid compound cannot diffuse from paper disc onto the agar. If using the DMF as a solvent tanshinone ⅡA had antibacterial activity against a broad range of bacteria. Minimum inhibitory concentration of tanshinone ⅡA to Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 is 50 μg/ml;and to Staph.aureus ATCC 25923 is 100 μg/ml;to P.Aeruginosa ATCC 27853 is 50 μg/ml;to Hemolytic Strepococus is 12.5 μg/ml.
