摘 要:Rogowski线圈在制造时,二次线圈是半手工绕制,线圈密度很难做到恒定,使得测量准确度不高,难以满足计量和批量生产的要求。文中提出了一种基于印制电路板的Rogowski线圈的新结构,二次绕组采用一块主印制电路板和若干副印制电路板制作,可以实现完全的生产自动化。推导了所设计的Rogowski线圈的互感和自感系数,介绍了制造的关键技术,并提出了运用“货币原理”实现Rogowski线圈的柔性设计和构造的新思路。实验结果表明,该Rogowski线圈的测量准确度高,能够满足计量和保护的双重要求,对Rogowski线圈的大规模生产和推广应用具有重要的实用价值和现实意义。The part-handmade Rogowski coils make them asymmetric and low accuracy, and can not match the requirements of metering and industrialization. A new structure of Rogowski coils with main and assistant printed circuit boards was presented. It has an excellent quality and can be applied in automatic manufacture. The mutual-inducing coefficient and self-inducing coefficient are deduced, followed by the key technology of design and manufacture. Moreover, the currency-theory was applied to realize its flexible design and construction. It can be concluded through the experiments that they have excellent properties, even can be used as current transformers for both metering and protection, which has practical values and praxis significance to the mass production and generalization of Rogowski coils.
