摘  要:电网继电保护及故障信息处理系统由主站系统、通信网络和子站系统3部分组成。该系统的应用价值和作用主要体现在主站系统的功能设计上。在综合分析国内各种继电保护及故障信息处理系统的基础上,结合江苏省和福建省220 kV电网主站系统的设计经验,着重论述了主站系统的硬件、软件平台构架及功能模块的设计。硬件平台构架的设计充分考虑了系统的独立性、安全性和可靠性;软件平台的设计对两种可行的方案进行了比较,分析其合理性;功能模块的设计基于故障信息的合理分类从故障分析的各个角度对功能模块进行合理划分。最后简要地展望了主站系统未来的发展趋势。The protective relaying and fault recorder information processing system is composed of the substation system, communication network and master system. The value of the whole system is embodied in the design of the master system. Based on the on-site experience of 220 kV power network in Jiangsu Province and Fujian Province, this paper mainly discusses the master system with respect to the hardware platform architecture, the software platform architecture and the function design. In designing the hardware platform architecture, the independence, the security, and the reliability of the system have been considered. In the design of the software platform architecture, two feasible schemes are compared and their rationality is analyzed. The function design divides the whole system into some rational function modules based on the classification of fault information and the various aspects of fault analysis. Finally, suggestions are made for improving the capability of the master system.
