摘　　要：目的 :报告关节镜下深低温冷藏异体前交叉韧带 (ACL)重建膝关节ACL的方法和疗效。方法 :采用该法手术治疗 2例膝关节ACL陈旧性断裂患者。结果 :2例患者均于术后 6周去拐行走 ,前抽屉试验及Lachman试验阴性;术后 6个月复查 ,临床症状消失 ,行走步态恢复正常 ,关节活动度正常。结论 :膝关节镜下采用异体ACL重建ACL ,可同时达到解剖重建和等长重建的双重目的 ,手术损伤小 ,康复快 。Objective:To report the procedure and primary results of anterior cruciate liament(ACL) reconstruction with transplantation of cryopreserved ACL allografts.Methods:Two patients with ACL chronic injuries underwent this reconstruction under knee arthoscopy in September 2002.Results:Two patients could walk without crutches 6 weeks after operation.The pivot shift test and Lachmans test was positive.A 6 month follow-up study showed apparent functional improvement and stable knee joint postoperatively.Conclusion:Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with cryopreserved ACL allografts is an excellent method to bring and anatomic and isometric reconstruction with less injuries and reliable clinical outcome.
