摘　　要：本文介绍一种新颖三维人脑图谱数据库.这个系统不仅具有人脑解剖图谱.还可进行图谱、资料更正,生理靶点选择.有关计算机辅助立体定向手术的数据等功能。A new type of human brain anatomic atlas data(DB) system with multifunctions is described in this paper.The system ineludes not only over one hundrad graphs of brain section,but also mamy other functions such as maps and data retrieval,records of electrophysiologiucal parameters and data about computer aided dtereatactic neu- rosurgical operations etc.Section one introduces hte related research works in the world and high lights the purpese of tur systom.Section two maimly deald with data structure,software realization and data base management,Skection three gives exam- ples of clinical study of cases.Lastly section four in conclusion and discussion.Due to visualization of the system,it is most usefull for kneurosurgeons both in clinic and research.
