摘　　要：目的 :观察针灸对类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 172例类风湿性关节炎随机分为治疗组 (针灸组 ) 86例 ,对照组 (中药组 ) 86例 ,治疗时间 14天。结果 :治疗组有效率 97.6 7% ,对照组有效率81.4 0 % ,两组间经Ridit分析 ,P <0 .0 1,有显著差异。结论 :针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著 。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rheumatoid arthritis treated with acupuncutre and moxibustion.Methods:172 patiens with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups,the acupuncutre treatment group was 86 cases and the controlled group was 86 cases.The course was 14 days.Results:The effective rate of the acupuncutre treatment group was 97.6%,while the controlled group was 81.4%.By the analysis of Ridit Check,the difference had been significant( P <0.01).Conclution:The clinical effect of rheumatoid arthritis treated with acupuncutre and moxibustion was significant and was better than the controlled group.
