摘 要:目的 :旨在评价智能型模拟光电药灸仪治疗痹症的临床效果。方法 :对 32 6名中医诊断为痹症的患者采取随机数字法分为光电仪组、药液组、光电仪加药液组、传统药灸对照组。比较各组患者疼痛、麻木、运动障碍的变化。结果 :光电仪和光电仪加药液组有效率为 82 .18%和 78.5 7% ,高于药液组 (5 6 .2 5 % )和对照组 (5 5 .5 7% )。结论Object:To evaluate the clinical effect of Artificial Instrument of Simulating Photoelectric Moxibustion with Chinese Medicines in treating Bi syndrome.Methods:Randomly divide 326 patient with Bi syndrome into 4 groups:photoelectric moxibustion group;medicine group;combined photoelectric moxibustion and medicine group;traditional moxibustion group.To measure the effects of the 4 intervals by the improvement of the pain;torpidity and movement difficulty.Results:The efficiency of the photoelectric moxibustion group and combined photoelectric moxibustion and medicine group are 82.18% and 78.57%,obviously higher than medicine group(56.25%) and traditional moxibustion group (55.57%).Conclusion:This study shows that Artificial Instrument of Simulating Photoelectric Moxibustion with Chinese Medicines have better clinical effect on Bi syndrome than traditional medicine or moxibustion treatment.
