摘　　要：作者应用脑立体定向术毁损前连合、隔核、隔核前区新靶点治疗难治性癫痫12例,术后癫痫消失8例,大发作转为小发作4例,服药量减少50％,无手术死亡和严重并发症。12 cases of refractory epilepsy have been treated by destructing anterior commissure,septal nucleus and septal area with cerebral stereotaxy. The atack stoped in 8 cases after operation,the grand real changed to the petil real in 4 cases. The doses of anti—epilepsy drugs in all patients can be reduced to 50%. No surgery death and serious complication.
