摘 要:车用柴油机现在正面临降低有害排放和优化燃油经济性的重大挑战。对于柴油机技术来说 ,喷油系统技术的发展已成为柴油机达到排放指标的决定性因素。喷射压力已从 5 0MPa逐步增加到了 2 0 0MPa ,高控制柔性的喷油系统必须能够进行多次喷射和喷油规律控制。喷油系统本身具有高的效率是非常重要的。为了喷油系统的进一步发展 ,新技术如变喷孔面积的喷油嘴技术和新的执行器技术等等是关键的因素。用柔性控制的喷油系统 。Diesel engines for commercial vehicles are challenged in emission reduction and optimization of fuel consumption. The diesel injection system has become the crucial factor to meet the emission limits. A trend to fuel injection system with an increase of maximum injection pressure from 50 up to 200 MPa is visible. In future very flexible fuel injection system is necessary with multiple injection and rate shaping capability. High efficiency is very important for the fuel injection system itself. New technology such as new nozzle design or new developed actuators is key factors for the fuel injection development. With a flexible diesel injection system in each point of the engine map the optimum rate shaping, injection timing and multiple injection are possible to get the best compromise between emission trade off and fuel consumption.
