摘　　要：应用Profibus-DP总线技术将原有旧除尘设备融合到制丝线除尘系统中,即除尘系统增加了1台变频器和1个ET200S子站,除尘设备的使用模式分为单机、闭锁、自动3种,控制信号的传递采取了基于ProfiBus-DP协议的DP/DP耦合器,在监控系统服务器中增加了7个标签组,新增了设备的监控画面,方便了操作人员对设备的监视和控制。改进后系统实现了故障报警和显示、远程控制、易于操作等功能,提高了设备运行的可靠性。The old dust-removal equipment was integrated into a dust-removal system in the primary processing line by Profibus-DP via adding a converter and an ET200S substation. The working modes included: manual, locked and automatic. The control signal was transferred by a DP/DP coupler basing on Profibus-DP protocol. 7 label groups were added to the server of monitoring system, the new added monitoring pictures helped to equipment monitor and control. Functions such as fault alarm and display, remote control, friendly operation, and etc, were realized in the improved system, and the running reliability of equipment was increased.
