摘　　要：通过对GDX2包装机应用层协议的分析,采用WINCC和VC++相结合的方法,完成了GDX2OPC操作系统的国产化改造,并对系统的协议分析、系统应用及OPC网络服务进行了详细讨论,国产化设备可以很好地与原GDX2主机结合。同时,OPC与GDX2主机采用ARCNET令牌总线局域网连接通信,通过以太网上传OPC数据,较好地解决了GDX2包装机"信息孤岛"的状况。The rebuilding GDX2 OPC operating system with domestic elements was realized through analyzing the (application) layer protocol of GDX2 packing machine and combining WINCC with VC^(++). The protocol analysis, system application and OPC network service were discussed in detail. The rebuilt equipment accommodated itself to the GDX2's existed computer very well. Meanwhile, the OPC communicated with GDX2's computer by ARCNET and transferred data through Ethernet, the status of information island of GDX2 was resolved.
