摘　　要：　介绍了跳汰机床层松散度的定义和表示方式,提出了用不同时刻床层密度的变化来测量床层松散度,并在实验现场对此方法进行了验证.验证结果表明,此方法能够实时地检测出床层松散度,能够实现跳汰机控制系统的自动化,智能化,从而提高选煤效率.The definition and the expression of jigging bed porosity are introduced. A new method for measuring the jigging bed porosity is proposed based on the density variation of jigging bed with time. The method is verified by the experiment. The results show that the method is capable of measuring jigging bed porosity real-time. By utilizing this method, control of the jigging system could be realized automally and intelligently, and the coal running efficiency could be improved.
