摘　　要：根据龙滩水电站地下厂房区基本地质条件,并结合其围岩应力、应变和地质结构、开挖卸荷及其开挖时空关系,分析了软硬相间的层状结构岩体中的围岩变形特征,同时对其变形异常范围进行了针对性的治理。This paper describes the basic geologic conditions of the Longtan underground powerhouse, analyses the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock characterized with stratified rock formation with intercalation of soft and hard rocks, and proposes treatment for the zone with abnormal deformation in terms of the stress, strain and geological construction of the surrounding rock, as well as the time-space relations of stress releasing during the excavation operation.
