多烯康胶丸对2型糖尿病患者IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 测定2型糖尿病患者血白细胞介素-6水平,并观察多烯康胶丸(DXK)对其影响。方法 应用酶联免疫法测定19例2型糖尿病患者和22例健康查体者(NC)血IL-6 水平。12例患者继续用DXK治疗,治疗4周后观察 DXK对血IL-6和血胆固醇(TC)及血甘油三酯(TG)的影响。结果 19 例病人血 IL-6水平均显著高于 NC组(P < 0.01)。12例病人经过DXK4周治疗后,血IL-6水平没有明显下降,TC由(6.57±1.15)mmol/L降至(5.99±0.71)mmol/L,TG 由 1.85±0.42mmol/L降至(1.75±0.38)mmol/L。结论 多烯康对 2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血 IL-6水平无明显作用。Objective To measure the serum interleukin 6 levels in type Ⅱ diabetes patients. And to investigate the effects of douxikang capsules(DXK) on the levels of interleukin 6. Methods The serum interleukin 6 levels of 19 type Ⅱ diabetics patients and 22 normal control subjects (NC) were measured by ELISA. And 12 patients including 5 males and 7 females were treated by DXK for 4 weeks. Results It was showed that the levels of IL-6 in diabetics patients were significantly higher than that of the NC group ( P < 0.01). After the treatment by DXK, the levels of IL-6 didn't change significantly. Conclusion The results suggest that the IL-6 levels in diabetes mellitus patients increase significantly, but DXK cann't decrease the levels of IL-6. 〔
