摘  要:采用自由基引发的溶液聚合法合成了高抗冲聚苯乙烯接枝聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (HIPS g PMMA)增容剂 ,考察了引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对增容剂的接枝率及支链摩尔质量的影响 ;同时对增容剂对HIPS/PVC共混体系的增容效果作了考察。结果表明 :最佳反应条件是反应温度 80℃ ,反应时间 4h ,引发剂用量以 0 2~ 0 2 5g为宜 ;增容剂HIPS g PMMA对HIPS/PVC共混体系表现出较好的增容效果 ,共混物的拉伸强度、屈服强度及断裂伸长率明显增加 ,冲击强度增大 。Compatibilizer HIPS-g-PMMA was synthesized by radical mechanism and solution polymerization.The effects of initiator content, reaction temperature and time on the grafting degree and molecular mass of the graft chain of the compatibilizer were studied, and the effect of the compatibilizer on HIPS/PVC was examined. The optimum reaction conditions were that the reaction temperature was 80℃, reaction time 4 h and initiator content 0.2~0.25 g.The experiment results indicated that HIPS-g-PMMA had good compatibility for HIPS/PVC, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break of HIPS/PVC/HIPS-g-PMMA blend increased obviously; besides, the impact strength of the blends was also improved.The SEM micrograph of the fractured surface of the blend showed that the interface of HIPS/PVC/HIPS-g-PMMA blend was more indistinct compared with HIPS/PVC blend.
