摘 要:将超细碳酸钙粒子 (UCaCO3 )及表面覆盖了镧化物 (La3 + )的镧化物改性超细碳酸钙粒子 (UCaCO3 La3 + )与PP共混 ,制备了PP/UCaCO3 和PP/UCaCO3 La3 + 复合材料 ,并对复合材料的结晶性能进行了表征。结果表明 :UCa CO3 La3 + 的加入是诱导PP中 β晶型形成的原因 ;随着La3 + 用量的增多 ,β晶型越容易形成 ;微晶尺寸随着填料的加入有所增加 ,而晶胞参数变化不明显 ;各种填料均使PP的结晶温度和结晶度提高 ,结晶峰半峰宽变窄 ,尤以E试样变化最明显 ;PP的结晶度随着UCaCO3 La3 + 的用量先增后减 。Surface modification of ultra-fine calcium carbonate(UCaCO 3) particle was carried out with compound of lanthanum(La 3+),and UCaCO 3 particle covered with La 3+(UCaCO 3-La 3+) was prepared.The crystallinity of the prepared composite was studied by WAXD and DSC.The results showed that the main reason of β-PP phase forming was the addition of UCaCO 3-La 3+,and β-PP phase was more easier to form with the increase of La 3+ content.The size of crystallite was improved by the addition of fillers,but it was not obvious for the change of unit cell parameters.Compared with pure PP,the addition of filler showed a higher crystallization temperature and crystallinity,and a more narrow half-height width of crystallization peak,PP/UCaCO 3-10La 3+ showed the most obvious change.The crystallinity of PP increased at first and then decreased with the addition of UCaCO 3-La 3+,nucleation and crystallization was improved at the same time.
