摘 要:以丙烯腈、衣康酸为共聚单体反应制得聚丙烯腈原丝 ,通过调整上油工艺控制原丝的含油率 ,讨论了 4种油剂对原丝性能及预氧化效果的影响。结果表明 :经上油处理的原丝断裂强度和断裂伸长率升高 ;预氧化过程毛丝和断丝较少 ,无熔粘 ;预氧化环化反应程度不同 ,与国外预氧丝相比密度偏低。改性氨基硅油基本达到碳纤维专用油剂的性能 ,可用于聚丙烯腈原丝生产 。Polyacrylonitrile precursors were spun with itaconic acid as comonomer.The finish uptake in the precursors was controlled by adjusting the finishing process.Effects of 4 types of finish on the properties of the precursors and the pre-oxidation stabilized fibers were discussed.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the finished precursors enhanced greatly,the fibers applied with the finish did not give fluff,broken and adhered precursors in the pre-oxidation process.The density of the pre-oxidation stabilized fibers applied with the finish was relatively lower compared with that of the import pre-oxidation stabilized fibers.Modified amino silicone oil could satisfy the requirements of spinning and could be used to produce high performance carbon fibers.
