摘　　要：详细讨论了锅炉膜式水冷壁管屏采用平、仰角同时进行MAG焊接的工艺及规范,并进行了工艺试验。试验结果表明采用该规范焊制的膜式水冷壁产品,成形美观,导热性能符合相关标准要求,对实际生产有一定指导意义。The technology of weldment face and root bend of Membrane water-wall of boiler was well discussed in this paper.The welding experiment had been proceeded and the result showed that the craft and the parameters were suited for the produce of types Membrane wall using low carbon steel pipe and flat steels.The welding seam of menbrane wall is beautiful, and the conduction of heat is up to standard,so that the craft and norms having a certain leading meaning to the actual production.
