利培酮与氟哌啶醇治疗抽动-秽语综合征疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的　对比利培酮与氟哌啶醇治疗Tourette综合征 (TS)的疗效与安全性。方法　将深圳市人民医院 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 7月小儿神经专科门诊 4 2例TS患者随机分为 2组 ,分别给予利培酮与氟哌啶醇治疗 ,应用《耶鲁抽动程度综合量表》(YGTSS)及治疗时出现的症状量表 (TESS)于治疗前及治疗后第 8、16周末评价其疗效及副反应。结果　两组治疗后第 8周、第 16周与治疗前比较YGTSS量表的运动抽动及发声抽动各项评分差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗 16周后利培酮组运动抽动各项评分均显著低于氟哌啶醇组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,利培酮组第 8、16周末TESS总分均显著低于氟哌啶醇组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　利培酮治疗TS疗效较氟哌啶醇好 ,副作用较氟哌啶醇轻。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone and haloperidol in the treatment of Tourette syndrome (TS).Methods A total of 42 patients with Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into two groups treatment with risperidone,and treatment with haloperidol.The efficacy was measured by the Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS).The adverse effects were determined by the Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS).Results YGTSS Total Motor scores of risperidone group were significantly lower than that of haloperidol group after 16 weeks of treatment(P<0 05).TESS showed risperidone had less side effects than haloperidol(P<0 05).Conclusion The results suggest that risperidone is more effective and has less side effects than haloperidol in the treatment of TS.
