摘　　要：本文介绍了银轮技术信息系统中知识工程(专家系统加知识库)的开发与应用。知识工程是在计算机辅助工程,企业内部网,工作流等技术环境上建立起来的,已开发的机油冷却器设计专家系统分为三个子系统,根据客户(指主机厂)输入要求进行设计和验算,并按一定的工作流工作。开发中应用了国外近十年工作流程管理、协同工作技术、企业内外的电子商务、知识库、人工智能和专家系统等技术。开发完成的正向和逆向推理机还可用于多种行业的不同领域,作为建立各自专家系统的开发工具。This paper describes the development and application of knowledge engineering of technical information system (TIS) for Yinlun,which is based on the technique of CAE, Intranet, and Workflow. The developed oil cooler design expert system contains three sub-systems, getting questionnaire from customers, design and performance prediction, corresponding workflow. This development is an application of many new techniques in recent the years abroad such as the workfolw management coalition (WfMC), concurrent engineering, electronic data interchange (EDI), knowledge base, artificial intelligence and expert system. The developed forward and backward inference mechanisms could also be used as a shell of expert system to develop customized system in different Enterprises and areas.
