摘　　要：目的　探讨一种有效的阴道缩窄整形术的方法。方法　经阴道口皮肤黏膜交界处切开 ,剥离阴道黏膜 ,分离出撕裂的球海绵体肌 ,形成肌瓣。将肌瓣折叠缝合 ,然后纵行缝合阴道黏膜 ,并形成阴道黏膜隆突。结果　本组 11例患者均采用球海绵体肌重叠缝合法行阴道缩窄术 ,9例患者术后随访 3个月至 2年 ,夫妻性生活的质量均有明显提高 ,效果满意。结论　经此手术后可以矫正阴道松弛 ,提高患者性生活质量 。Objective To probe an effective method of vaginal constriction operation. Methods An incision was made between vaginal skin and mucosa, then bulbocavernosus of each side was found and two bulbocavernosus flaps were formed. They overlapped and were sutured. Finally, vaginal skin and mucosa were sutured and a prominence was formed in vagina entrance. Results 11 cases underwent this kind of operation, and nine of them were followed up from half a year to 2 years. The patients were satified with their sexual life. Conclusion Vaginal relaxation can be corrected by vaginal constriction operation by collapoing bulbocavernosus flap.
