摘 要:目的探讨仙人掌粉延缓衰老的作用。方法①分别以正常饲料(老龄对照组,n=10)、正常饲料加大、中、小剂量仙人掌粉(仙人掌大、中、小剂量组,n=10,10,10)喂养20月龄Wis-tar大鼠,于实验第31天测定血清丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)水平。②观察以低、中、高剂量(5%,10%,20%)仙人掌粉加入玉米粉作为培养基的果蝇寿命。结果仙人掌低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清丙二醛明显降低,低、中、高剂量组分别为(4.62±0.55),(4.55±0.36),(3.95±0.48)mmol/L,与对照组(6.85±0.67)mmol/L比较,差异有显著性意义(t=8.10~11.17;P<0.01);血清SOD活性(L)明显高于对照组,低、中、高剂量组分别为(3.14±0.15),(3.19±0.15),(3.21±0.18)kat/L;对照组为(3.00±0.13)kat/比较,差异有显著性意义(t=2.18~3.10;P<0.05~0.01)。仙人掌粉明显延长果蝇的半数死亡时间、平均寿命及最高寿命,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(t=5.59~14.20;P均<0.01)。结论仙人掌粉能够改善机体内环境,有延缓机体衰老的作用。AIM:To explore the effect of opuntia powder against aging.METHODS:①Forty SD rats,20 months old,were divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each: aging control group(fed with normal feed),opuntia high,middle and low dosage groups(fed with normal feed and opuntia powder of high,middle and low dosages).Serum malondialdehyde(MDA) level and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were determined at the 31st day of the experiment.②The life span of drosophila,which were cultured in the medium of opuntia powder at low,middle and high dosages(5%,10%,20%) and corn powder,was observed.RESULTS:The serum MDA levels in the low,middle and high dosage groups were all obviously decreased[(4.62±0.55) mmol/L,(4.55±0.36) mmol/L,(3.95±0.48) mmol/L],which were significantly higher than that in the control group[(6.85±0.67) mmol/L](t=8.10-11.17,P< 0.01).The SOD activity in the low,middle and high dosage groups[(3.14±0.15),(3.19±0.15),(3.21±0.18)kat/L] were significantly higher than that in the control group(3.00±0.13)(t=2.18-3.10,P< 0.05-0.01).The half lethal time,mean and highest life spans of the drosophila in the opuntia groups were obviously longer than those in the control group(t=5.59-14.20,P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:Opunia powder improves the internal environment of organ,and has the effects against aging.
