摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾动脉栓塞术治疗经保守治疗无效的创伤性肾出血的临床价值。方法 :3 9例经动脉造影证实的肾出血患者 ,全部采用明胶海绵或金属圈行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术。结果 :除 1例栓塞后又行肾切除外 ,其余 3 8例患者症状迅速消失。 3 0例 1个月后静脉尿路造影显示患肾功能存在。结论 :超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗创伤性肾出血 ,疗效肯定 ,并发症少 ,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective:To study clinical value of arterial embolization for traumatic renal hemorrhage when conservative treatment had failed.Methods:39 patients with renal injures were treated by superselective renal artery embolization.All cases underwent angiographic exam and the diagnosis was confirmed.Embolization materials were gelfoam or steel coils.Results:Symptoms in all cases subsided quickly after embolization except one who had a kidney excision afterwards.One month later,intravenous urographic exam revealed recovered function of the injured kidneys. Conclusion:Superselective renal arterial embolization in treating traumatic renal hemorrhage,with good hemostatic efficacy and less complications,is a safe and effective method for the treatment of renal injuries.
