摘　　要：基于MacNeille薄膜偏光分束镜的设计原理 ,以LaK2 (1.6 4 )玻璃为基底 ,采用ZrO2 和SiO2 为高低膜料进行膜系设计。对制作的棱镜进行测试 ,结果表明 ,透射p光偏振特性优良 ,其消光比高达 2 .1× 10 -4,同时发现其消光比受视场角的影响比较大 。The thin film polarizing beam splitting prism is designed based on MacNeille type by using LaK 2 substrate and ZrO 2,SiO 2 thin film material.The test show that the prism has excellent polarizing character,the splitting character is good at the range of 550nm～750nm,the extinction ratio is 2.1×10 -4,the extinction ratio turns big when the incident angle change small.
