软肝再生颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究软肝再生颗粒对慢性乙型肝炎血清肝纤维化指标的影响。方法 给予86例慢性乙型肝炎患者软肝再生颗粒(12.5 g/包),1包/次 tid,疗程12个月,动态测定HA、LN、PCⅢ、ⅣC及肝功能。结果 4项血清肝纤维化指标随着治疗时间的延长不断下降,第12个月最明显(与治疗前相比,均P<0.01),与对照组同期相比,均P<0.01,且与肝功能复常率具有很好的相关性。结论 软肝再生颗粒具有很好的保肝、抗纤维化作用。Objective To observe the antifibrosis efffect of Ruangan Zaisheng granules on chronic hepatitis B. Methods 86 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Ruangan Zaisheng granules for 12 months. Serum hyaluronec Acid (HA), procollagen tyoe (PCIII), collagen type IV (IV-c) and iaminin (LN) level were measured by radioimmunoassay at 0, 6, 12 months, so is ALT, AST, TBil and A/G. Result Serum levels of HA, LN, PCⅢ, IVC were gradually decreased till the 12-month with treatment compared the results with 0 month. The correlation between serum HA, LN, PCIII, IVC and ALT, AST, TBIL and A/G was good. Conclusion Ruangan Zaisheng granules showed a benefical effect on antifibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
