加味四逆散对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察加味四逆散对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达的影响,探讨其治疗脂肪肝的机理。方法 采用复合致病因素造成大鼠脂肪肝模型,以加味四逆散为治疗组,脂必妥片作对照,研究加味四逆散对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达的影响。结果 模型组大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达减少,加味四逆散能增加脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA的表达。结论 加味四逆散促进PPARα mRNA表达可能是临床治疗脂肪肝的重要机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of JWSNS on the fatty liver tissue PPARαmRNA express, and probe into the mechanism of treating fatty liver. Methods The fatty liver rat model was made by compound factors and the rats were divided into five groups: the normal group, the model group, little dosage groups and big dosage groups of the treatment, Zhibituo groups. Result Expression of liver tissue PPARα mRNA in the model group was decreased, JWSNS can increase the expression of liver tissue PPARαmRNA of rats. Conclusion It is likely to be one of the important mechanism for treating fatty liver.
