摘 要:目的 本实验采用腺嘌呤(Adenine)、乙胺丁醇灌喂大鼠诱导高尿酸血症动物模型,观察除湿化瘀方对其的影响。方法 选择大鼠作为模型动物,以腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇为造模剂,塑造高尿酸血症动物模型,动态检测大鼠血尿酸等生化指标,观察除湿化瘀方对该模型动物血清尿酸水平的影响。结果 除湿化瘀方高剂量给药7、14 d可明显降低腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇诱发的大鼠血尿酸升高,第7天可明显降低黄嘌呤氧化酶水平,肾功能损害明显低于别嘌呤醇组。结论 除湿化瘀方有明显降尿酸作用,其机理有待进一步研究。Objective Observation was made on the effect of Chushihuayu Decoction on rat models, which are fed with adenine and ethambutol to induce hyperuricemia. Methods Rats were selected as models and fed with adenine and ethambutol to induce hyperuricemia. Consecutive observation on serum uric of rats was made to analysis the effect of Chushihuayu Decoction to rat models. Results The level of serum uric was reduced significantly by the seventh and fourteenth day in rats that were given high dosage of Chushihuayu Decoction. Furthermore, by the seventh day level of XOD of rats with high dosage of Chushihuayu Decoction was lighter than other groups. And the damage in kidney was lighter than the group fed with allopurinol. Conclusion Chushihuayu Decoction has significant effect on reducing serum uric. Further investigation on the mechanism of reducing serum uric by Chushihuayu Decoction is expected.
