摘　　要：　详细介绍了利用现有氩弧焊设备的铝管生产工艺,它可替代挤压铝管生产工艺。研制开发了悬挂式500F型焊接铝管外导体物理发泡RF(射频)同轴电缆。目前该电缆已成功地应用于有线电视网分配干线中,其性能指标达到或超过了美国CommScope、TFC公司同类产品的水平。The welding process utilizing the existing argon-arc welding equipment which replaces the extruding process of aluminium tubes is described in detail. The type 500F suspension RF coaxial cable with physiacally foamed insulation and aluminium tube outer conductor is developed based on it. Now this cable has been applied in CATV distributing network successfully. And its performance has achieved or exceeded that of the same types of foreign products produced by CommScope and TFC.
