摘　　要：对几种膜片联轴器受力特点以及相关文献给出的应力计算关系式进行了分析;对膜盘式联轴器的应力计算提出了不同看法;用相关文献和文中给出的关系式对同一引进装置的膜盘联轴器的膜盘分别进行校核计算,文中公式的计算结果更接近实际;用此关系式进行了膜盘设计和制造,取得了很好的使用效果。Analying to the mechanics characters of several different membrane diaphragm and the stress calculation formula given by related material;Putting forward the different viewpoints to the stress calculation of the diaphragm coupling;To the same diaphragm Coupling of the importequipmemt;The different calculation have been proceeded making use of the different formula swhich come form related material and this article,The calculation result coming from the formula in this article is more closed to the practical;The design and the manufacturing of diaphragm couping making use of this formula have obtained the good result.
