摘　　要：自动装配机的设计成功与否,很大程度取决于装配的方案设计。阐述了作者在实践中建立形态学矩阵,并运用计算机编制要素特征编码列表和求解合理可行的装配方案方面的一些探索。较详细介绍了该方法在拉链头自动装配机设计中运用的具体步骤和过程。The successful design of the automatic slide fastener assembly machine depends on the successful design of the assembly machine to much extent. Many factors are studied in this paper. Such as to establish the morphological matrix, to program feature codes of elements with the computer, to get rational, feasible assembly solutions and etc. The specific step and process are introduced in detail with the adoption of this method in the design of the automatic slide fastener assembly machine.
