摘  要:用电沉积法,经热处理在不锈钢表面制备了ZrO2陶瓷涂层。研究了不同前处理工艺对ZrO2陶瓷涂层的影响,FTIR、SEM等分析结果表明:ZrO2涂层致密均匀,锆元素和氧元素在微区分布均匀。采用差重法、浸泡试验和阳极极化曲线测试了涂层在1 000℃的抗高温氧化性和在硫酸介质中的耐蚀性,结果表明ZrO2陶瓷涂层提高了不锈钢的高温抗氧化性和耐蚀性能。ZrO2 coating was prepared on the surface of stainless steel by electroplating process. The influence of the pre-treat process on the coating was studied. SEM and FTIR were used to investigate the morphology and composition of ZrO2 coating. Uniform ZrO2 coating was obtained and zirconium and oxygen were uniformly distributed in micro region. The weight vs time curve for the uncoated and coated stainless steel specimens oxidized in air at 1 000℃ showed that the resistance to oxidation of the coated steel was higher than that of the uncoated steel. Corrosion behavior of ZrO2 coating was investigated with polarization curve measurement and immersion experiments. The results showed that there was an increase of anticorrosion property in stainless steel with coating in 10%H2SO4 solution.
