摘　　要：用改进型电流传输器实现了两种新的基于电流模式的精密有源 AC- DC变换电路 ,其中一种电路具有整流放大的功能 ,两种电路均可在微安或微伏数量级的信号下正常工作 ,因此在微弱信号的处理中明显优越于基于电压模式的同类电路。Two novel accurate active AC-DC converters based on current-mode using modified current conveyor are realized. One of the circuits has rectification and amplification functions and both of them can work well in processing the very small signals (at the level of micro-ampere or micro-volt), which are obviously superior to the same kind of circuits based on voltage-mode. Computer simulating and experimental results have confirmed the correctness of the two novel circuits.
