通心络胶囊对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :利用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察通心络胶囊对大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 :将32只Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、缺血模型组、通心络胶囊I组 ,通心络胶囊II组 ,观察通心络胶囊对各组大鼠心电图、血清磷酸肌激酶及心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和脂质过氧化物丙二醛 (MDA)的影响。结果 :通心络胶囊可对抗异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠急性心肌损伤 ,使心肌缺血大鼠的心电图ST段异常升高数减少 ,血清磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)降低 ,并可增加心肌组织SOD的活性 ,减少MDA生成。结论 :通心络胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用 ,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective: The myocardial ischemia model was established by isoproterenol,observing the protection action of Tongxinluo Capsule on rat's myocardial ischemia. Methods: 32 cases of Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, ischemia model group, Tongxinluo Capsule I group and II group, observing the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the ECG, CPK, SOD and MDA in myocardium. Results: Tongxinluo Capsule could protect the acute myocardial injury by isoproterenol, decrease the frequency of abnormal elevation of ST portion in ECG of rats with myocardial ischemia, decrease the CPK and the production of MDA, improve the activity of SOD in myocardium. Conclusion: Tongxinluo Capsule has protection action on myocardial ischemia of rats, which mechanism maybe related to the action of anti lipid peroxidation.
