复方葛根注射液对血液流变学及血小板聚集功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察复方葛根注射液对大鼠血小板聚集功能及兔血液流变学的影响。方法　SD大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为正常组、试药组 (2 0、4 0、80mg/kg)及阳性药 (川芎嗪 4 0mg/kg)组 ,测定给药 3d后血小板聚集率 ;家兔 30只 ,随机分为正常组、试药组 (10、2 0、4 0mg/kg)及阳性药 (川芎嗪 2 0mg/kg)组 ,测定给药 3d后血液流变学指标。 结果　复方葛根注射液能显著抑制血小板的聚集率 ;显著降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原。Objective To observe platelet aggregation and hemorrheology after puerarin lobata injection. Methods 50 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 in each: normal control group, ligustrazine (40 mg/kg) group, and three dose groups of puerarin lobata injection(20,40,80 mg/kg), then the platelet aggregation were detected 3 d after administering. 30 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 in each: normal control group, the ligustrazine (20 mg/kg) group, and the three dose groups of puerarin lobata injection(10,20,40 mg/kg), then the hemorrheology were detected 3 d after administration. Results The different doses of Puerarin Lobata injection significantly inhibited platelet aggregation, decreased total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematorit and fibrinogen. Conclusion The puerarin lobata injection can improve hemodynamics.
