摘  要:目的 观察CO2 激光与冰醋酸联用对尖锐湿疣的原位复发、创面愈合时间及瘢痕形成的影响。方法 将 12 0例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为CO2 激光浅烧组、CO2 激光深烧组、CO2 浅烧加冰醋酸联用组 ,进行平行对照治疗并随访观察原位复发、创面愈合时间及瘢痕形成。结果 联用组的原位复发率与CO2 激光深烧组相似 ,但均明显低于CO2 激光浅烧组 (P <0 0 1) ;联用组的创面愈合时间与激光浅烧组相似 ,但均明显快于激光深烧组 (P <0 0 1) ;联用组的瘢痕形成率与激光浅烧组相似 ,但均明显低于激光深烧组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 CO2 激光与冰醋酸联合治疗尖锐湿疣具有原位复发率低、创面愈合时间短及瘢痕形成率低等优点。Objective To determine the effectiveness of CO 2 laser and acetic acid glacial in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 120 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomily divided into 3 groups, the patients of group A and B were treated with CO 2 laser in different depth, while the patients of group C were treated with CO 2 laser and acetic acid glacial. The recur rate in situ, the time of wound healing and scar formation were assessed within 6 months after treatment. Results The recur rates in situ of were lower in group B and C than in group A (P<0.01); the condition of wound healing and scar formation of group A and C were better than that of group B (P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of CO 2 laser and acetic acid glacial is a recommended method for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.
