摘 要:目的 探讨CT三维重建显示肺内结节病变的方法及诊断价值。方法 对 2 8例肺内结节病变患者行轴位螺旋CT平扫 ,然后在工作站对数据进行后处理 ,用三维容积显示(3Dvolumetricdisplay)病灶。并对结节病变的显示、结节与周围支气管的关系、邻近的胸膜改变进行分析。结果 全部病灶均经三维容积重建清楚直观、立体显示。 2 4例直接显示了胸膜内、外侧面形态改变和周围支气管的关系。结节性病灶的三维CT形态分型对肺内结节良恶性判断有意义。结论 肺内结节病变的三维重建在螺旋CT机上简单易行 ,图像质量主要依赖于原始数据资料 ,它对结节的定性诊断和术前手术方案的选择有一定价值。Objective To discuss the method and clinical value of 3D volumetric display in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodular lesion (PNL). Methods 28 patients of pulmonary nodular lesion were examined by spiral CT scan, then the data were processed in work-station and the lesions were displayed in 3D. The appearance of PNL in 3D volumetric display,its relation with neighboring bronchus and adjacent pleural changes were analyzed. Results All PNLs were intuitively and clearly displayed volumtrically. The morphous changes and the relation between lesions and bronchus in 24 cases were directly displayed. The morphous type in 3D volumetric display is of value in judging the attribute of lesions. Conclusion The 3D volumetric display of PNL can be easily obtained using spiral CT machine. The quality of image mainly depends on the primitive data, and this new method is valuable in characteristic diagnosis and selecting operation-plan.
