四川省疾病预防控制体系配置与职能现状分析

摘　　要：目的　了解四川省疾病控制体系公共职能的完成程度 ,提出未来发展的建议。方法　用疾控中心职能、类别、内容和项目界定论证表 ,对四川省随机抽取的各级 (共 2 1个 )疾控机构进行调查论证。结果　四川省疾控体系人力、财力配置不足 ,公共职能严重缺位。结论　政府必须加大公共卫生投入 ,建立健全公共卫生体系目的　了解四川省疾病控制体系公共职能的完成程度 ,提出未来发展的建议。方法　用疾控中心职能、类别、内容和项目界定论证表 ,对四川省随机抽取的各级 (共 2 1个 )疾控机构进行调查论证。结果　四川省疾控体系人力、财力配置不足 ,公共职能严重缺位。结论　政府必须加大公共卫生投入 。Objective To understand the performance of public function of the disease Control and Prevention system of Sichuan province and to bring up a proposal about its development. Method The total of 21 disease control and prevention centers, selected through random sampling,were investigated by means of the questionnaires about functions, sorts, contents and programmes of the disease control and prevention centers. Result The manpower, capital and public function of the disease control and prevention system of Sichuan province was absent. Conclusion The government must raise the investment in public health to establish and perfect the public health system.
