摘　　要：目的　为修复足底前部缺损提供质地优良的皮瓣。方法　根据足底内侧皮瓣的应用解剖学基础 ,设计足底内侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复足底前部缺损创面 ,供瓣区以游离皮片移植修复。结果　应用足底内侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复足底前部缺损 1 6例 ,临床结果满意 ,皮瓣成活良好 ,较好地恢复了足的行走和负重功能。Objective To provide a good site of skin flap for repairing skin defect of forefoot. Methods Based on the applied anatomy of skin flap at the site of the medial plantar, skin flap were devised to repair skin defects of forefoot. The sites providing skin flaps were then repaired by free skin graft. Results All the skin flap of these 16 cases survived after following up for 6 months to 3 years. The outline and function were good after operation. Conclusion The skin flap at the site of the medial plantar is an ideal method to repair skin defects at the forefoot.
