摘　　要：针对既有桥梁在使用过程中承载力不足的问题,分析桥梁承载能力的变化原因和影响因素,概括叙述了快速评定系统的评价原理、构造组成及其特色,提出了用VisualBasic6.0语言采用参数化、智能化和模块化的设计思想,编制大型桌面应用程序。Concerning the problem of lacking bearing capacity of the existing bridges in process, this paper analysed the variety reason of the bridge carrying capacity and influence factor, briefly introduced the quickly assessing system's evaluation principle, structure of constitute and its special features, and advanced design methodology to work out large desktop application program by Visual Basic 6.0.
