摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声及彩色多谱勒超声对甲状腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对甲状腺的超声诊断结果加以分析、整理、综述。结果使用高频探头及彩色多谱勒后甲状腺疾病的诊断有了进一步提高。结论高频超声及彩色多谱勒超声对甲状腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Obiective:To discuss the diagnosis of thyriod gland bump with high freguenly ultrasound and colour doppler ultrasound Methods:The results of ultrasound diagnosis of thyriod gland was analysed and obtained by review Results:High freguenly probes and colour doppler ultrasound can increase the diagnosis of thyriod gland diseases Conclusions:High frequency ultrasound and colour doppler ultrasound was important to diagnosis and distinguish of thyriod gland diseases
