摘 要:以化学镀和电镀相结合的方式对碳纤维表面进行涂覆铜处理,采用粉末冶金方法制备了短碳纤维无序增强铜基复合材料,并对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能、力学性能以及导热导电性能进行了研究.研究结果表明:化学镀和电镀相结合的方式对碳纤维表面进行涂覆铜处理,使碳纤维与铜基体结合得较好.用冷压、烧结的粉末冶金法制备出的试样性能良好;碳纤维的加入,虽使复合材料的导热率、电导率有所下降,但仍然保持有良好的导热、导电性能,并且使复合材料的硬度、耐磨性和强度有显著提高.同时碳纤维的加入减小了复合材料的摩擦系数.In this paper, arbitrarily reinforced copper matrix composites made of short carbon fibers were prepared by powder metallurgy technology after the carbon fibers were coated with electrodes and electro coating through the combinational ways and then the wear behavior, mechanical performance, conductivity and thermal conductivity were studied. The main results showed that the coating of carbon fibers with copper improved the bonding of the copper matrix and carbon fibers. The samples, prepared by powder metallurgy technology, demonstrated good performances, which indicated that the technology used was adapted to the preparation of arbitrarily reinforced copper matrix composites of short carbon fibers. The conductivity and thermal conductivity of the composites decreased because of the addition of carbon fibers but they still remained very good. At the same time, the addition of carbon fibers significantly improved the hardness, the wear resistance and the bend strength of the composites and caused the friction coefficient of the composites to decrease.
